Corridor 75 is a 10 building logistics center located in Monroe, OH. The park was recently selected by The Home Depot for a 657,600 square foot Rapid Deployment Center (RDC). Vandercar has teamed with Prologis, one of the world's leading providers of distribution facilities, to construct the Home Depot facility slated for completion in October 2008.
Corridor 75 is the only industrial site in Greater Cincinnati with immediate access to I-75. A Single Point Urban Interchange currently under construction will be Greater Cincinnati’s most efficient traffic interchange. This Cincinnati site offers an automatic 15-year tax abatement.
