15 Year 100% Tax Abatement 

Corridor 75 is the only industrial site in Greater Cincinnati with immediate access to I-75.  A Single Point Urban Interchange currently under construction will be Greater Cincinnati’s most efficient traffic interchange.  This Cincinnati site offers an automatic 15-year tax abatement on all improvements constructed in the Park.
